How to grade
Invest time in your training. Learn your techniques and practice them all year at your club, ask your instructor if you are ready to take your next grade.
- Know your syllabus; a full copy of the syllabus is in your club licence and also on the web site.
- All students must produce their training log for inspection at registration.
- Fill in your application clearly and pre-register as early as you can. On some occasions throughout the year, financial incentives will encourage you to do this but it does help with the smooth running of the grading and saves valuable time.
- The grading assessment is a physically demanding test, do not apply to undertake it unless you are fit and well.
On the day
